TRAVELL GREYHOUND AT YOUR OWN PERILL!

On Board Greyhound Sleepliner J2516 on 16 July 2013

I lodged a written complaint to Greyhound on 20 July 2013 which they to date chose to ignore!

SAFETY - Speeding, no slowing down in urban areas, skipping most red robots, reckless overtaking, harsh braking, sharp cornering, luggage fell into passages COMFORT - Or rather lack thereof! 2nd Leg Attendant in unattendance, broken air duct, cold air blowing into neck, hot air escaping between seat and sidewall, aircon either on full or off, toilet not flushing, no water in basin, occupy light remain lit, elderly passengers left standing in front of vacant toilet, inaudible video sound & attendant speech, crackling speakers, snacks sold out in upper deck - nothing left!! RELIABILITY - Bus broke down, passengers not kept informed, ran late in spite of recklessness and speeding!

Never felt this endangered in any form of transport ever! Both drivers behaved and drove like glorified minibus taxi drivers - total disconnection between their driving and safety of passengers!!

Shall we ever travel Greyhound again? Never!
