Dissapointed with Greyhound!

On the 14th of June myself and my two kids were to take the greyhound bus from Kldp to Joburg our bus was due to arrive @18:45 that evening they arived @ 7pm, I asked the driver where must my luggage go he told me on the other side of the bus which is where I put it.

On getting on the bus firstly the place I booked for was seated by another passenger (I had booked a month ahead to make sure my children were seated with me), the hostess and the woman started arguing eventually she asked me to sit right at the back my kids seated in the chairs in front of me I didn't feel like getting into an argument so I agreed to it. Getting to my seat it was covered in cups and napkins which I removed. The drive to Joburg was extremely uncomfortable. No refreshments was offered and when we came into Joburg the rubbish bag was placed next to me (very unprofessional)

Once in Midrand I couldnt wait to get off the driver was extremely rude with me telling me next time I must make sure my luggage is in the correct place. He was the one who told me to put it there? Im very disgusted this being my first time on greyhound I would expect more espicially for what you pay for the tickets!
