VERY, VERY BAD ATTITUDE

Dear Intercape

I'm deeply distressed that I had to type this email, last night I was on you 10 o clock bus from Durban to JHB park station
You hostess was asleep for the entire trip under a blanket does she get paid to sleep?

She was rude and unhelpful and when I confronted her to ask her about the aircon she told me that she isn't here for that.

Which brings me to my 2nd complaint you bus driver had that aircon on at an unreasonable coldness claiming that the windows will steam up
Is there no demisters on board and he was rude and swearing I heard him as I was sitting directly behind him on the bus.

Many people on board complained about the aircon I mean this was a late night trip so there was no need to have the aircon on at that temperature it is almost winter the people on board where dressed in winter clothes and still felt cold

I'm deeply sadden as when we started our journey we started with a prayer and then this behaviour.

Please bring your staff to book as they are a disgrace and they don't treat people with respect I told the driver and the hostess I was going to report them and I have?
