Abusive driver and Misrepresntation

On the 25 Nov my wife boarded the mentioned Bus service to travel from Cape Town to Mossel Bay.
When booking the bus it indicated that there was air conditioning. My wife suffers from blackouts in high temps.
When the temp eventually got unbearable it was asked if the aircon is on. The driver said the vehicle was not fitted with an aircon and that my wife must check her facts. She confirmed that the ticket indicated aircon was fitted. He then says to my wife that there is aircon but it is broken. He starts to shout at my wife in front of 14 other passengers and insults her and tells her she is never allowed on the bus again. My wife refuses to travel the return trip home with the same driver and in a bus that is not air conditioned. The owners insists that the aircon works but there are 15 passengers that can attest to the fact that it was not working. I now have to travel 800km to fetch my wife due to the misrepresentation of the company and the rude and insulting driver. I find this service despicable and advise anyone looking to travel this route to find alternative means of transport as you might perish along the way or be bullied into submission by the driver.
