Not verry happy

My bad experience I hade with Greyhound
on the 17th des 2012. It was the first bus trip for my kids, Myself and 2 sons was on the Richards bay to Pretoria bus
1st I paid full price for my son that hade to sit in the ale most of the trip, the reason for that is our
seats was soaking wet all the 4 back seats. The aircon was dripping on us the hole time.
When we ask if we can move, we were just ignored.
2nd The bus was 2 hours late they didn't even say they were sorry.
3rd There is only 3 movies for a 12 hours journey and not even good quality the movie stops in the middle and just get a blue screen for about 2 hours
4th The toilet was so dirty and stinky you cant really use it. Well we didn't... couldn't
5 My new suit cases was damages as well when I showed it to the staff he just pulled up his shoulders
I am really very disappointed and would like somebody to let me know why this happened. I paid for good an clean service and for my kids to have a dry seat or a seat to sit not a standing spot.
