Charged twice for fees I wasn't aware of

On the 12th of August 2013 I booked an airline ticket for my dad to go to Harare and back in September 2013 through Travelstart as they were the cheapest. Unfortunately when I did the booking I noticed that the website had my name down as the passenger instead of my dad. I immediately phoned the Travelstart Call Centre number. They told me that it was a user problem which it wasn't because I triple checked the info before I pressed submit, in any event they said they would cancel the ticket immediately, which they did but they did not tell me anything about any charges but I have now been charged R663 and R672. I rebooked with them immediately online while the agent was on the phone with me because I was frightened the website would do it again. I thought their service was great until I pulled my credit card statement this morning. I tried phoning their call centre now but they are closed. I would like the R663 and R672 given back to me as I was never told about those charged. Many thanks Wendy McDonald
