On 2 September 2013, I booked a return ticket for my friends son to visit mother.
since he did not have a visa card. The first time I entered the details the computer
stated that it could not process the application. Consequently, I had to re-enter the details
and it was processed.
Later I was informed that Two bookings were made on the same name and I was charged for TWO tickets.
. I immediately cancelled ONE ticket and requested for a refund. Thereafter I sent numerous requests for a REFUND.
.A month has elapsed and to-date I have not received any confirmation of REFUND

I am a 70 year old pensioner living alone with my wife who is also a pensioner.
I make a humble request to you to kindly assist me in obtaining a refund of ONE TICKET
