Can not beat all prices

I asked for a quote to fly to Gaborone, Botswana as well as accommodation. The quote was R5990.00. We made the payment, and sent through proof of payment directly from bank, as well as personally emailed it through to them. I was told they needed for the money to reflect in their bank account. When payment reflected the next day, I received a call, and was told the quote has gone up with over R2000. I went to the Hotel website, as well as South African Airlines website to check the prices out myself. The prices that I got was only R300 more that quoted price. I asked to speak to another consultant, and after she looked on the websites I provided her with, she told me that the price for the airlines can not be beaten, they must charge the same as on the website, she also told me they can not provide me with the accommodation cost that was displayed on the website, with no reason as to why. So basically I wasted 2 days going though fc, and still end up having to do everything on my own. Luckily got full refund, but his is not good customer service, and their slogan is a LIE! If we don't honor our Lowest Airfare Guarantee, you Fly Free!! - THIS IS NOT TRUE!!!
