Pathetic service

I am absolutely disgusted with the service from kulula airlines at King Shaka Airport.

On Friday the 2nd of August, the 20:10 flight with Kulula Airlines in Durban, My mum had my baby on a pram just before boarding, asked for assistance with my babies pram, the Indian lady description: tan in complexion standing at the front of the plane whom I don't have a name at this stage absolutely refused to help my mum, My mum pleaded for assistance advising the lady that she was alone, and my baby is just 4 months of age. She still didnt care and looked away,
My mum had to then put my 4MONTH old baby on the floor, and fold the pram.

When landed at Or Tambo Airport the service was remarkable, they were very shocked when informed about the pathetic service in Durban.

My husband, families and I often use kulula, BUT IN FUTURE will consider alternative flights when going to Durban.

I demand that Kulula takes action and I expect feedback on this matter.
