We beat ANY price? More like "SOME" prices

They say on their website, "CALL US, WE BEAT ANY PRICE". So I did phone, because I found a product which they stock, at another retailer at almost half the price. When asked if they could beat the price, the sales person said "not a chance! ". When I then pointed out that they say on their advertising that they beat ANY price, he said to me he will never beat the price and "you should go buy it at THAT shop! ", and then he hung up on me.
I guess they only beat SOME prices.
Thanks Hirsch's for excellent service... I'd much rather shop there in future!
