How disgusted can i be at Kulula

My wife has JUST checked in for the delayed MN 926 from George to OR Tambo. On the way out we had fantastic service, we have a 1 year old and we were able to take a pram and a baby cot at no charge - as it states on the website. When we arrived at George it was raining and they left the pram in the rain - when i complained they actually laughed. So today - in fact NOW, we checked in exactly the same luggage, your extremely rude check in staff - called "ENOUGH" demanded that my wife pay R 350 for the cot - after an argument, the supervisor GIFT was called, and he said baby stuff is free - ENOUGH thought it was a camping seat - but couldn't be bothered to get out of his seat to check. When my wife got upset - he threatened to Offload my son! - and then my wife. With my wife in tears, 2 other kulula staff (LOUIS & SHARLENE) said the supervisor was wrong - and she did have to pay. With no compassion at all, Kulula took R350 from my wife. YOU SHOULD BE DISGUSTED AT THE WAY YOU TREAT PEOPLE, you should be consistent in your luggage rules - i want my refund, an apology or legal action will be taken. you should be ASHAMED - phone hr now and fix this before she flies.
