27 July between 9:00am & 10:00am, I needed to urgently send a parcel to CT. I was directed to Intercape parcels - JHB parkstation. I arrived to find the dispatching counter empty and waited about 5min then asked the guyz around what was going on. They said the guy who knows the system is busy with a bus. Another 20min passed, a coloured guy - a supervisor I suppose; called one of his guyz who told him that he was at the bank. The Supervisor then left, after about 10min the service desk assistant Thabo came in pushing a trailer with bags. I asked him what was going on with no answer he carried on, went to the back and continued what he was doing. After about 15min I took my stuff, went to see if the other buses offered the service unfortunately they didn't. I went back to Intercape and found Thabo who just asked if I still wanted to send the parcel or not and another old guy who started shouting and shouting when I tried understanding the situation. I'm failing to understand why is Intercape hiring people with no customer service regard to be deal with their daily customers. I ended up not sending my parcel that Saturday and will surely never use Intercape parcel services again.
