Upset and highly irritated by bad attitude

I went to check in this morning 28-07-2013 (7:30) at Lanseria Airport flight to Cape Town and was highly irritated by a consultant who served me in what I would discribe as stinking attitude, her profesional manner was but very be-littling, I am disappointend to have received such nastiness in the morning... my booking number is all I can provide, ESZRCL
Her manner in dealing and talking to clients needs to seriously improve, i unfortunately do not have the name but I am hoping through the booking number the person who asisted me to check in can be traced... Kulula as a whole has suffered dearly in my books because of one person who could not be professional enough when dealing and addressing me as a Kulula client...
