Since we last posted the complaint with Flexi Club 6 July 2013 on Hellopeter, no progress took place. We were contacted by Arny and he seemed concerned. Two days later, the manager at Flexi Club Canal Walk contacted us for a meeting, in which she understood the misrepresentation and dishonesty on the part of the agent. She also informed us that we were suppose to have received a points guide booklet with our package which we never received. She understood the incorrect, false and outdated information provided to us re points and accommodation fees. We were given the assurance that the matter was given priority and the regional manager will make a decision soon. She also requested a copy of our contract. A few days later we received an email focusing on bonus points, which every club member receives as a once off. When you address the problem of dishonesty with Flexi Club, they listen and acknowledge, and a day later they change the focus to something else, by simply ignoring you. We were informed that the termination of our contract has been referred to The Board of Trustees. We are willing to forfeit our deposit of R12 250 since we are very unhappy with the treatment we received.
