Very bad service

My family and I was flying Saturday morning with kulula airlines from Cape town to JHB to go to my sisters wedding. When we went to check ourselves in the lady that helped us that morning at the desk did not want to check my mother in because her name on her ID and the name that we booked her did not match. When we made the booking we made all the bookings under every bodies Nicknames. Her name on her Id was Elizabeth but everybody calls her Ilse. We then understand that we had to do the booking under the real names but the lady was so unhelpful, she just sat there behind her desk with a very bad attitude and did not even help us or give suggestions what to do in this situation.

We then had to buy a new ticket which cost double the price that we paid for. On Sunday when we came back we could not check her in again because her flight times was not correct. We clearly said when we bought the new ticket the flights times must be the same as the old ticket. Luckily the kulula people on Lanseria side was far better and helped us immediately. Cape town side was very bad service. I am not impressed at all. It was her first time flying and they could have been more help full!!!
