Excellent service

Good day,
I travelled using your company on a few occasions. I was very grateful for the kindness and assistance from a lady at your desk on 19/06/2013. I was highly stressed on the day at OR Tambo Airport. As such, I went to the wrong terminal initially. I hastened to the Mango counter for assistance, already getting late for my flight.
The kind lady (wish I recorded her name.) left her desk in order to take assist me. I called the numbers on the web site a few times, to express my gratitude, but was on hold for very very long, and the calls cut off.
Such humanitarian service is definitely worthy of emulation in all the jobs that we do, whereby we may help people who are in need.!!
