On the 1st July 2013 I tried booking a holiday in the Kruger park for July 2014 using the Kruger [URL Removed] website. I gave them a detailed layout of my request, consisting of 8 nights and 4 camps, with specific codes for specific bungalows etc. I was told I would receive feedback on 31 July 2013. I received feedback on 11 Aug that my booking was being processed. On 15 Aug I received an email stating that my booking (for one of the camps) was unsuccessful and that I was on a waiting list, but made no mention of the 3 other camps on the 6 other nights. I replied via email, asking them what the status of the rest of my booking was. No reply for 5 days. I phoned them again on 20 Aug to find out what was happening. I was told that my entire booking had been unsuccessful. Upon asking the person if they could tell me what booking they had logged for me, she gives me the totally wrong booking, with different camps to what I requested. Then I was told that they would submit this for processing. But it is too late now. The person that handled my booking initially obviously didn't care much for it and either lost it or threw it away.
