Bad attitude and customer service

Trying to make a booking change and being on hold for 20 minutes between kulula and BA as i was sent from pillar to post - what a nightmare. Eventually I spoke to the call centre operator, Vuyo. What bad customer service with a stinking attitude and no need to help or explain. She simply put the phone down in my ear!!! IF YOU WORKED FOR ME! YOU WOULD HAVE HAD A WRITTEN WARNING TODAY LADY! thank you to the next staff member who helped me and explained what the charges etc involved. At least someone is customer friendly there. Will i go through BA again, definitely not. When i travel to UK i will use Virgin Atlantic and SAA for domestic flights!
