Gosharkdiving
Never do what they promised

We sent a group of our guests for a sharkdive with this company. They promised that our guests would see 1) great white and 2) seals. After the trip, the guests mentioned they didn't see any seals, as promised. So we had to take them on a separate seal spotting trip to Hout Bay. Gosharkdiving promised numerous times to refund us for this expense. One month later and ten calls and numerous emails later and sms'es etc, they still haven't refunded us. Besides from sending them no more of our business, we wanted to alert others as to the way this company seems to operate.
