Extremely Bad Service! Ruined my whole wedding!!!

I don't know where to start with this complaint.

We paid R19 700 mfor service agreed to be delivered by this company and they failed! On our wedding day!

Nothing was right, from the decor, food, service, hospitality, nothing was right!

Our guests had to take over the kitchen to try and save the wedding.
We paid this company in full, they failed to cater decent food, canapes, pre drinks, they didn't even have the reception venue ready for when guests arrived, guests had to help and do their job which we paid this company to do.

There was 2 waitresses to service a hall of 69 guests, they didn't know what they were doing. They failed.

After all the planning working hard for this big day, they ruin in and embarassed us!

Charmaine was phoned numerous times and she threw the phone down in our ear and then ignored the rest of our calls for a long while, then she eventually answered the phone said she'd be there shortly and just never ever pitched!

We paid for this wedding and we got no joy out of it..

we have compiled a report of everything that went on that night and we want a full refund due to their lack of service and not delivering on their agreement!
