Absolutely shocking

She charged me R750 and separate setup fee to drive from Westville to Shongweni 3 times of which she didn't do a trip due to the supplier not delivering tables and chairs in time. She arrived on a wedding day at 11am to set up and start cooking the spit braai when the wedding was scheduled for 15:00.

After our ceremony she instructed her staff (of which she charged us for 3 extra staff which were not there) and proceeded to move the chairs from the church to the reception area before the guests were even all out of the church and we have wedding photos of them moving chairs whilst we were greeting guests.

Once we got back to the reception after photos she did not smile once! we had so many complaints on how she was complaining and swearing in Polish. She then served mains and started taking her table overlays off the table while my guests were still eating dessert and then gave me a mouthful when she left that she was tired of being there all day!!! Shocking behaviour.
I emailed her to complain and request my R300 refundable deposit and she just ignores me!!! No Response!!!

I wonder how I get my money back? its a refundable deposit of which nothing broke!!!
