REFUND NOT PAID IN 5 MONTHS

On the 21/2/2013. I ordered an injector seals pump kit. This was ordered by Jaco of this branch of Bosch. On the 25th I collected the seals only to discover they were not the seals I had asked for. I returned these and the correct kit was ordered by Jaco. On receipt of the new seals, Jaco refused to use the amount of R852.00 already paid to pay for the seals so, i was asked to pay again which I did. I was promised a refund of the incorrect seals in 2 days. it is 5 months nw and still no refund. I emailed Christo Du Plessis, the owner of this franchise. he never answered anyof my emails. When I called him, he asked me to send my banking details and a refund would be done in 2 days. This was 2 months ago. I kept phoning and was given different stories every day until I stopped. i am pursuing other avenues to get my money back. It is disappointing that such a big franchise would still money from the poor.
