Writing this to inform you about the poor service experienced at Sealco. Ordered seals on Wednesday and staff informaed that they do not have stock and they need to get the seal from the warehouse (nothing new as this is the general trend). The seals were promised on Thursday and I told the guy I will only collect on Friday.

When I arrived today, after about an 1/2 hour searching for my seals, the guy informed that they do not have stock of half the order. Why do you confirm that they have stock at the warehouse and when the customer arrives they tell him there is no stock. No phone call to the customer to tell him we made a mistake and we do not have stock?

2 hours of my day waisted, never mind the trip to Sealco. Perhaps BMG should remove the big signs in their office proclaiming "Customer Service". Just add "Sorry we can't help you".

I do believe this is not part of the BMG Value system.
