Online booking trouble

This isnt a complaint about the service or the staff but about the useless online booking site. I tried last week to book and it keeps giving me an error message. I phoned more than once and was told the system on their side is also down. Fair enough - this happens from time to time. But each time i was told it would be 15mins and i should call back. So i waited and called back - still down. I have bosses waiting for their flight bookings. Same problem happened today (07/06/2013). It is important that the website runs smoothly as im booking company flights so i have deadlines to adhere to. Im going to call back in 15 minutes and see if its actually working again.
