Price changes, nasty call centre agent, bad service

This morn i attempted to book a flight online, & encountered a number of hurdles. First, they made me reselect my flights and the price conveniently increased by R200.I still continued and then they told me there was an error processing payment BUT they still took the money of the credit card. I tried again, and they told me error I must call the call centre to complete the booking. I wasted my airtime calling & waited forever for an answer, when the person i spoke to-Victor Magudu-then told me the price increased again by R300! He was arrogant, demeaning & rude & provided no help to me whatsoever. He basically told me its not his problem that i must just pay if i want to be on the flight. I think Kulula did not want me to use the travelbank funds which was alot and proceeded to cause me a load of hassle when booking this flight. I do not know why they offer the ability to book & pay online if the online system doesnt work! This is not the first time this has happened. It has taken up alot of my time & energy and caused me enormous stress. I am disappointed and disgusted by the pathetic service & nasty call centre agent. I book all the time with Kulula & dont think I would want to again after this
