1. Made a booking online because they offered "better rate"
2. After booking, an ADDITIONAL R359 is added on to the price (making the rate more expensive than competition)
3. System requires "passport numbers" even though it is a local flight - live online support says Kulula ALWAYS requires passport details. (Really??)
4. Process booking and make payment - Error occurs
5. Consultant calls me tells me the following:
a. Kulula did not update their website and flights not available - therefore the error
b. He can book another flight at an ADDITIONAL cost of R340
c. If I want my payment returned I must either phone my bank, or I must wait 2 days until they refuse to accept payment from the "holding fund"

Go to Travelstart (my regular booking site)
1. Make booking for EXACTLY the same airline at EXACTLY the same time
2. DO NOT get asked for passport details
3. Make a R135 saving
4. No mess, no fuss

Byojet - get your act together. I was misled from start to finish, and the onus was on me to sort out the matter (or wait), and blame was shifted to the airline. What a waste of time. SEVERLY DISAPPOINTED, I will NEVER make use of your "service" again.
