Time delay

Today my car was clamped because i left the car on a drop off zone, at 10:24 i paid the fine and i was told i'll find someone waiting on the car to unclamp it when i arrive, rush back to the car waited for 5 minutes nobody came, called back the office at 10:36 i was told someone will come now now at 10:42 i made the second call. the car was unclamped at 10:45. if this people are too quick to pick up our mistakes went they suppose to be quick also to remove the clamps i found myself being treated like a 5 yr old naughty child so unacceptable.
