Dont trust these people. Had a problem closer to end 2012 with a flight from Cape Town to Windhoek. Technical problem in Windhoek. Meaning i was gona miss my connecting flight to Ondangwa. They offered me accomodation and Transport overnight. Due to meetings i couldnt. I managed to change my meetings around and all was good. A lady by the name of Hayley spoke to a gentleman by the name of Corrie and they said that because i managed to make other arrangments, they would make it up to me by upgrading me to Business Class on the next time i fly. As i always fly Business Class and im a Loyal Card holder. i accepted. As i fly to Namibia for work every 6 weeks, i have flown a few times already. Evrytime i ask for my agreed upgrade, theres never anyone to authorise and Hayley is never around. So i just pay for my Business Class as per normal. My last flight, i then contact the Commercial Manager Magaret de Cois. This is the rudest person i have ever come across. She told me straight that Hayley and Corrie deny my story so there was no way im getting my upgrade. I requested a meeting with them. She refuses. Why i would is beyond me, i ALWAYS fly Business Class anyway!!!
