Not all Bad

Thinking about my last post on Air Namibia, i think it was unfair to slam the entire Airline due to one persons incompetence towards Customer Service. With all my other experiences with the Airline it truly has been terrific.
Winnie down in the Cape Town CBD office is superb. Extremely informative and very hepful. Always there to assist with my schedule.
Lucinda at the Cape Town airpot office is also fantastic. No matter time or day, she WANTS to help and theres always a smile - gauranteed. Onboard, Miss Botha is always fantastic. When she serves you in Business Class, she really makes you feel like you apart of the experience.
Then there was also a Managaress in downtown Windhoek office, who is absolutely a pleasure to chat to. She even offered me coffee while i wait. (apologies, dont rememeber her name)
With Air Namibia's new A319, the flight is truley a pleasure.
