Uncomfortable flight with Business Class

HI BAA,

I booked a last Min Flight on Friday Through Kulula Site, flying BAA,

My Booking was made on Friday 27th at 3:30pm for Flying at 6pm

my booking ref number is: QBDKPJ BA 6431

i booked 2 Seats at R4472 EACH for Business class. (SEAT 5C & 5D)

When we got in to the plane it was so hot and uncomfortable, i mentioned this to the Flight attendant to check if the captain can fix this, she said YES this is very uncomfortable but it MIGHT get better later, she did not even try to resolve this,

Paying for these premier seats we do not expect to sweat in our seats waiting for take off, this made my whole trip feel uncomfortable because of the sweaty and sticky conditions before take off. a exprience i have nver had when flying Business class with other airlines in your class, such as SAA.
