SAA Business Class Rip-Off

My colleague and I fly to Europe between 1 and 3 times per annum. We always use Qatar Airways, which is brilliant! and excellent value for money. This time (Last week) we flew with SAA Business Class to Munich. What a disaster. The tickets were almost R 90 000 for two. The plane was so old, some of the controls on the seat did not function properly. The leather on the seats were disgusting. The footrest on the seat can not move out so you cannot make your legs straight - in business class?! The tray tables to eat on were barely fastened never mind sturdy. The entertainment display was ancient with horrible resolution. We took off more than an hour late, while waiting for horrible food. I have had better food in Economy class on some airlines. In our cabin there only black stewardesses - which is 100% ok, but they were so obviously giving better service to the black passengers that it was unbelievable actually. SAA - never again! For that price? Its madness. There were Germans on the flight that was equally disgusted. Qatar - well done! You are 50 times better than SAA could ever hope to be. Nobody in my company, or our German colleagues will ever fly with SAA again.
