CabCo driver almost KILLED me

I was driving along Claremont main road during a rainy night (2 May 2013) and this of a driver did a u-turn right in front of me. This would typically not be a problem except for the fact that I ride a motorbike and it was slippery because of the wet tarmac. He then parked his car (waiting for a fare) and I drove back to speak with him. This driver was not apologetic in any way and pretty much blamed me ('because i was having a bad day and shouldn't take it out on him'). When I mentioned I was going to call his employer and report him he even volunteered their office number and his personal number because he was pretty much sure nothing would happen to him if I reported the incident.

I am sick and tired of these cab guys who think they own the streets and can drive however they please with no repercussions. Unknown to him, I actually recorded the whole thing on my bike mounted camera (thanks Russia) and I have video footage of the whole thing and I will be filing a report with the SAPS as well.

I phoned his company and apparently the owner is only in between 6 am and 8 am (although last night I was told 9 am to 6 pm) and there's no manager to report to.
