TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL AT THE BOARDING GATE

I was on a QATAR FLIGHT from CAPETOWN SOUTH AFRICA to DOHA on the 25 April 2013. I am a very nervous flyer, It was on flight QR 583 leaving ct 18h55. i was overweight at the check in and paid R500-00 t my suitcase was 27kg so i paid for 4kg extra. At thecheckin my daughtes spoke and paid the money over to Mansi (qatars contracting people they use at the check in). My kids left and they showed me to the pasport control nobody asked or said anything when they took my suitcase. i went trough all the security checks and arrived 1h30 min befor boarding at the gate. I started to calm myself for the long flight. This time i was alone and scared. I went up to the lady (still the Mansi conrtracting staff for Qatar) told her i was a nevous flyer but she was very abrubt.. While sitting at the gate a man came and weight my handlugage which contain all my personal paperwork that i keep with me and said the cabin BAG is to heavy i must leave it behind. I started crying and said nobody at weighinn said anything how can i leave such important document there. They were rude and took me aside where everyone could see how tears was flowing from my face. It was a nightmare and a traumatic flight
