NO BOOKING AND NO REFUND

ON 16/04/2013 I ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A BOOKING WITH GREYHOUND FROM BUTTERWORTH TO PMB. i WAS TOLD THERE WAS A SEAT AVAILABLE IN THE AFTERNOON AND SINCE I ATTEMPTED AN ONLINE BOOKING THEY WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 15-20MIN FOR THEM TO CONTACT ME TO DO THE BOOKING. IN THE MEANTIME I SHOULD MAKE THE PAYMENT. I MADE PAYMENT AND WAS LATER TOLD THERE ARE ONLY SEATS AVAILABLE ON THE 17TH. I ASKED THAT THEY MAKE A PLAN OR REFUND MY MONEY. AFTER SPEAKING TO NANA (SUPERVISOR) WHO SAID FOR MOST OF THE DAY SHE IS WAITING FOR AN EMAIL FROM HEAD OFFICE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE TO DO AND SAYING SHE WILL GET BACK TO ME SEVERAL TIME (WHICH SHE NEVER DID) SHE THEN SENT THULI (AGENT THAT ASSISTED ME WITH MAKING THE BOOKING) TO CALL ME. SHE HAD NOTHING TANGIBLE FOR ME ABOUT MY REFUND. I SENT THEM MY BANKING DETAILS AND THE PAYMENT WAS SAID TO BE REFLECTING WITHIN 2-3 DAYS. IT IS NOW OVER A WEEK AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY CORRESPONDENCE OR MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE BEEN CALLING EVERYDAY THIS WEEK AND MY MONEY HAS NOT YET BEEN REFUNDED TILL TODAY. IF I HAD NOT BEEN BORROWED MONEY BY A FRIEND TO BOOK ANOTHER BUS, WHO WOULD HAVE COVERED THE ACOMMODATION, FOOD AND OPPORTUNITY COSTS OF BEING STUCK IN BUTTERWORTH FOR SO LONG?
