Steals my money knowingly

This is my 3rd report cell c cuts money from my account every month for a contract thats does not belong to me they never paid my refunds and even requested my bank statements (that i have sent) but they will block my current contract if i dont pay they money there trying too . is there a place i can upload emails just too show how aware they are of the matter but no response is a better option for them. disgusting . i will never take out another contract with cell c again. stop my money!!!
