Cell C and Get It cannot get it

Cell C has this option at R39 per month for an additional service that does not work. I added this on my one contract in nov 2012 and asked for this to be cancelled from Jan- Yep Cell C claim the Get IT is a separate entity but at the time of Sale- it was cell C's details that were given. Anyways-in the inetrim- Get It staff decided to add the option to my other contract without my permission. They helped themselves to my bank account. A few weeks ago after battling to get some feedback- a consultant contacted me to confirm that I will be refunded the get it subs from January. I am still waiting and when I send emails, I dont get as response. Cell C better get rid of Get It cos nobody seems to GET IT THAT I DONT WANT GET IT! I consider this and if I dont get a response by the end of the week, I am going to report this accordingly.
