Cell C deduct whatever they feel like from my bank

Please be aware before you contract with Cell C. They attracted my attention with great deals but after you contract with them and they have your bank detail they deduct whatever they feel like and not what the contract stipulates.
It is not that I am clueless and I use more data or time that my contract allocates to me per month and I have to pay out of bundle rates. I am quite aware of my usage and it is not close to my monthly allocation. Cell C prefers to take money out of my bank account that does not belong to them. I don't think that is lawful? I have contacted them on 5 different times but Cell C is not interested to correct their mistake even after some of the call centre agents agreed with me that there is a mistake nobody has corrected it?
I have 5 different reference number over a period of about 2 months but nobody comes back to you they transfer you from one department to the next.
