CellC ignores Contract Agreement & no Connectivity

On December 28th, 2012 I took out a contract for a Blackberry 9320 on a special contract which cost R112 per month for the first 3 months of the contract and after that it reverts back to R149 per month. I have have sent copies of the original contract documentation to Fatima at Cell C at Claremont (who has yet to respond to any of my queries!) and also sent the copies of the same documentation through to Customer Care. It is now the end of April 2013 (4 months later) and they have still charged me R149 per month since January 2013. Does this company care at all in terms of true customer satisfaction? I have not only tolerated this but also the fact that there has been many instances lasting for more than a day where there just is no connectivity at all! When you log a complaint by calling them- you never hear from them again!! Why do we tolerate this- I really do not know. I always think that things will go better over time but I really do not think so.
