Cell C
Illing me despite notification of cancellation

Cell c has a tendency of not cancelling the contract in order to generate money from customers. I joined Cell c get it on 20/06/2013 and call them the following day to cancel the contract. surprisingly, i was billed for the that month and until now the contract has not been terminated. I requested refunds of my money but was sent from pillar to post. This is not the first time i was disappointed but this network service provider. Cell c have once delivered a faulty item and continue billing me. I am requesting refunds and be the end of the road with Cell C.
