Put on hold for over 20 mins and then cut off

I recently called Afrihost to enquire on a top up that I had purchased earlier today. When I proceeded to log onto the "Client Zone" it showed that I had just over 1Gb of data remaining of the 1Gb 1Gb top up I had Just purchased.

Upon calling a gentlemen answered after a lengthy wait in the "Que" I explain my situation and he then proceeded to check our account. Only to return with a short explanation that we had "overrun" our cap in the previous day and thus had "used" the roughly 800Mb of the top up that was purchased. I then questioned that and he said he would check placing me back on hold. Only to have the line dropped on me after about 15 minutes.

One of Afrihosts promises " Striving to give our customers an excellent service" today they have fallen short. It is not hard to re-affirm the client that they are still on hold. I can even over look the fact that we may have bitten into future top ups via "over running" but your system should not allow this things to happen in the first place and clients should not have to be "penalized" for it when adding more data without any warning whatsoever.
