Complete disregard for client service. HOPELESS!!!

Im disgusted over the pathetic client service I received from Afrihost & the flippant manner in which I was fobbed off. Afrihost spouts rubbish about their "world leading" client zone while you sit on hold when in actual fact it is useless. We updated our banking details on their client zone & they still debted the wrong account. When this payment failed they then cut my internet, this was on Sunday. When I phoned in & explained "THEIR" mistake I was told nobody works on Sunday. Well I work for myself & my business relies on my internet access. Just because you don't work on Sundays doesn't mean your clients don't. After much pleading & eventually threatening to cancel my account if nothing was done I was told they will see what they can do. This was obviously a fob off to just get rid of me as I received no further communication from them. Absolutely pathetic. Now this morning they want to help. To late! I needed my internet yesterday & they just couldn't care. Way to treat your clients like a little cog in a machine that you dont really care about even though it was YOUR mistake. Plus they want to charge an extra R200 penalty for their mistake. PATHETIC! Stay away from Afrihost!
