Afrihost cannot deliver as they promise

I applied for a mobile APN through my existing MTN sim card on 24/09/2013 and was told the sim card will be provisioned for the Afrihost APN within 72 hours. On the 30/09/2013 i called Afrihost call centre to enquire why the sim card had not been provisioned (as it showed in client zone) the operator told me that everything was in order and i would be able to use the afrihost APN. Well this morning i attempted to use this APN but failed. Also bear in mind there were no delays in Afrihost collecting there money for this "service" they offer. I called the Afrihost call centre again and was told that someone would get back to me within an hour. 3 hours later i called back and got put on hold for over 50 mins. while on hold i called Afrihost on another line and was told they dont know what the problem is and can not give any indication of when it will be rectified. So basically Afrihost will not deliver on time, they will give you false info to keep you quiet and will not be able to resolve the problem within an acceptable time limit. BAD BAD BAD service and i wont recommend Afrihost to my worst enemy. No one deserves to pay for such bad service.
