POOR SERVICE AND RE CONNECTION

This is just poor service from altech they the ones who point fingers when they the ones not doing there jobs I have been struggling with this for 3 months nw with debit orders not going thru but on my account it shows as done I have paid my account up to date yesterday R1615 paid yet my service is still of this after Faxing my documents twice I need some professional help or a call from management on my alternate contact number 0838715177 shud this not b done I will take my business else where
