I have been a loyal customer of Afrihost ever since i started my website two years ago. i was excited about the mobile data that the company was offerin and waited for the link even though they had stated that some customers would be dissapointed.

i patiently waited for 10.am today so i can be ampngst the first 1000 to get the offer but they site was done due to the influx of customers, i tried callin them to tell them i was experience problems but they calls would hang up after an hour of holding on, i send emails to supporters desk and a gentleman by the name Christopher nieuwoudt advised me of the problem, he then send me another email to tell that the the link was working, adviced that i tried and it was not woking, i tried again numerous times but it was still not working. i tried again in the after noon and a gentlemen by the name Mao Mogqekele answered my call and told me the special expired 15 minutes before my call. i also send the MD Gian an email which he never replied. Mao put me on hold for almost 30 minutes until the phone dropped itself from his side. i am not happy with how this was handled and i was considering to buy at another price which was R945
