Account suspended after change of Banking details!

Since November 2012 i have been struggling to get anything done with 8ta, after almost 20 Reference numbers later, still nothing done.
18th November
- Tried to change my account details to new account
3rd December
-Called to confirm Banking details because no debit order was done
9th January
-Account was still not debited so i called again because now i am getting worried my account will be suspended.. (still no feedback, yet another reference number)
10rd February
- By now i am stressed out, 8ta has not debited my account and has sent me an sms to say i am in arrears. so i make a Manual payment and Fax it through. (still no response)
1 March
-Account is now suspended after 2 manual payments, for R200 and R597, still no feedback.
20th March i finally walk into the store and almost rip the 8ta representative a "new one"
having him in almost tears i finally get some reply and account will be re-activated but they want to charge me R800 to reconnect me after all that i have been through with this they treat me as if i from them.

I cant believe this is shocking service and still to this day i have had no feedback with my account details and almost 20 reference numbers.
