LISTINING ON ITC BY VODACOM FOR NO REASON

I Y NEL 8403210043087 had a cellphone contract with vodacom, for some reason they handed me over to VVM Attorneys, i settled the account on 17 April 2012, this was confirmed by VVM ATTORNEYS. BUT to my suprise they have listed me on itc.

i will appreciate if my name could be delisted as this is ruining my life
