Terrible speeds, worse service

The speed has been terrible for a few months now, and I eventually decided to complain.
I am beyond frustrated, I am angry at the lack of service and consideration.
Eventually after numerous attempts to contact someone, after being told I would be called back and I never was, a technician came out.
All he could do was verify my speeds, that I had already sent many times.
I've heard nothing!
So I tried going into the store eventually, and was met with no help whatsoever!
I was told to "make my sim card nice and shiny", or phone 183.
Useless.
