Terrible Internet Speeds (MTN BIS)

Since yesterday, I have been experiencing slow internet speeds. It had started with my downloads: they would fail unexpectedly, and when I tried to download again, the speed would drop from 100kb/s to 5kb/s. Then, my internet had started lagging. It took exceptionally long just to load one simple page (such as a Google results page) and, eventually, my general speed (including that of BBM messages, emails, WhatsApp messages, etc) dipped. Also, I am in a 3G area, and my bar is full here. The slow speed only struck this week, whereas the rest of the weeks have been pleasant, with fast downloads and so on. I have already tried pulling the battery multiple times, but to no avail. I have also tried taking walks to other areas, but my internet speeds still remain slow. MTN, please fix this problem.
