I AM VERY ANGRY AND UPSET REGARDING HAVING A LANDLINE INSTALLED!!! A CONFIRMATION SMS WAS SENT FROM TELKOM CONFIRMING THE DATE OF THE INSTALLATION. I TOOK A DAY`S LEAVE BUT NO ONE COME. I PHONED TELKOM NUMEROUS TIMES THROUGHOUT THE DAY, THEY KEPT ON TELLING ME THAT A TECHNICIAN IS ON HIS WAY. EVENTUALLY I CALLED THE CALL CENTER AGAIN AND THEY SAID THAT THE TECHNICIAN SAID THAT THERE IS NO SUCH ADDRESS. HE WOULD SUPPOSEDLY COME THE FOLLOWING DAY. ONCE AGAIN NO ONS CAME! I PHONED AGAIN AND THEY SAID THAT I SHOULD PHONE AGAIN TOMORROW! NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON... WHAT IS THE USE OF PAYING FOR A SERVICE AND TAKING A DAY`S LEAVE FOR NOTHING!!? DOES ANYONE PERHAPS HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER OF A COMPETENT PERSON WHO WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST ME...!?
