We did not receive a account from Vodacom last month (they should know there was a strike) My wife that pays my account for me payed the average amount what it normally is. Today they suspended my line blocking all outgoing calls. My problem, they don't use technology or worn me in advance of the account been in arrears. I had this account for more than sixteen years and do not appreciate this type of treatment. I am a businessman and on the road all the time. Only the account holder can do query's, they don't give the option for a secretary or in my case my wife to make any query's on the account. Business have people working for them handling these type of query's for them but Vodacom want me to contact them personally from a phone that is suspended. Why can they not have people select somebody to make query's on their behalf. My wife can draw money, pay accounts from my account because she have signing rights. I still have not received this months account as well, what do they want me to do cause I refuse to call a call centre personally to get the amount. They have my number why can they not send it to my phone??? I will definitely look at other options for my service provi
